Svalbard / Spitsbergen – Land of the polar bears

Summer 2013 in the Arctic – During summer 2013 we spent two weeks in the Arctic, around Svalbard, mainly hoping to see at least one polar bear from the distance. But finally we were so lucky on that trip, seeing lots of them, some of them even unbelievable close.

But of course also many other animals and amazing landscapes.
